EVMS 201 – EVMS FOR MANAGEMENT 

EVMS 201 builds on EVMS 101 & introduces the student to the Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, key principals of scheduling, historical and predictive analysis and development of Estimates at Completion (EAC). The Primary objective of this course is to provide the information and concepts which will allow you to integrate these key concepts into your EVMS plan.
