Earned Value Management (EVM) is a systematic approach to the integration and measurement of cost, schedule, and technical (scope) accomplishments on a project or task. * We haven't chosen our EVM Software yet, can I still train my employees?

Yes, training in Earned Value Management per the ANSI/EIA-748 Guidelines is independent of the final EVM software you use.

* Do EVMS Training Solutions recommend a particular EVM Software?
