EVMS Training Solutions is currently interviewing for Sales Consultants. This consultant position involves generation of sales for our EVM online training. Consultant would be required to pursue sales through pre-qualified sales leads and/or personal network of contacts.
Requirements:
10 years minimum sales experience in government, DOD or federal industries with proven track record of high monthly sales. Self motivated individual able with strong computer and communication skills. Experience in initial implementation of EVMS and EVMS validation is highly desired. Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, are mandatory.
Candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of and experience with at least 3 of the following:
1. A thorough understanding of the DOD 5000-series of acquisition documents, policies, and practices,
2. The ANSI/EIA 748 EVMS Guidelines, including compliance requirements with the EVMS criteria,
3. Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), including preparation for and execution of both initial and follow-on IBRs,
4. Experience with the validation of a contractor's EVMS, including the interaction between DOD components and the Defense Contracts Management Agency (DCMA), the validating agency for DOD
5. Critical path scheduling, both process and software (extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus).
6. Use of EVMS software, such as CS Solutions' wInsight™, Microframe Project Manager™, or Dekker Trakker™
7. Preparation and analysis of the monthly and quarterly reports required by the DOD 5000 instructions, including the Contract Performance Report (knowledge of all five formats), Contract Funds Status Report, and Integrated Master Schedule.
